Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber

Compared to virgin materials, this environmentally friendly recycled product reduces energy consumption and petroleum resource usage while minimizing CO2 emissions. Additionally, it maintains quality and durability equivalent to those of conventional virgin products.
Automotive : Nonwoven fabrics for floor carpets, trunks, and headliners used in various models including Hyundai, Kia, Tesla, and Toyota.
Industrial Materials : Bag filters (holding over 50% market share in South Korea) and pre-filters for air purifiers.
Low-melting-point polyester staple fiber is a spun material combining regular polyester (melting point approximately 265°C or higher) and low-melting polyester (melting point approximately 110°C or higher).
Because it can be heat-bonded at a low temperature (around 110°C), it is an environmentally friendly, highperformance material that helps reduce energy consumption and CO2 emissions.
Through heat treatment, it achieves strong adhesion with other materials and excellent shape retention after molding.

In addition to high strength and heat resistance, it also offers antistatic properties, making it suitable for insulating applications. We are also capable of producing low-shrinkage and low-moisture-absorption yarns.
